The general feeling of the council is that we must improve on this mater. The employees hired are not suited for there positions, and it has caused many problems. We need to improve on our employee selection process to solve all of our problems. As we talked about at the last meeting I have found speakers to bring us valuable information concerning these matters and to help us on our hiring and interviewing techniques.
